About Jamestown Families Cancer Care

Jamestown Families Cancer Care is a non-profit organization founded in 2009 in Jamestown, Ohio.

Our organization’s goal is to help residents in the Greeneview Local School District receive the assistance they need while they are battling cancer.

Over the years, we have added services for gasoline gift cards, groceries and medication assistance. For all services through Jamestown Families Cancer Care, there is an application form that will need to be filled out by the patient or caregiver that specifies what kind of assistance they are needing in this time of treatment.

The gasoline and grocery gift cards can be obtained up to one time per month. Once approved, the cards will be mailed directly to your preferred address. For medication services, the patient can pick up the approved prescriptions from IHS however often they require them. Please note: Jamestown Families Cancer Care only covers costs of cancer treatment-related medications.

Our Mission Statement: To assist residents of the Greenview Local School District who are in need of assistance while actively battling cancer.
